WWE Monday Night RAW emanated from the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York, and everyone who was watching on Netflix and live in Bklyn knew all hell was going to break loose following a wild WWE SummerSlam weekend. Lo and behold, all hell did break loose, and it didn’t take long for it to happen.
The show opened with the brand new World Heavyweight Champion Seth Freakin’ Rollins; our boss, his Oracle Paul Heyman; Bron Breakker; and “The Tribal Thief” Bronson Reed. As Heyman and Rollins gloated about Rollins cashing in the MITB briefcase on CM Punk at SummerSlam; and announced the official name of their group as The Vision; they were interrupted by LA Knight. The Megastar wanted to be first in line for a title match, but Rollins was having none of it. That is, until RAW General Manager Adam Pearce, upset with Rollins for feigning an injury on Saturday Night’s Main Event, scheduled an impromptu title match for the main event of this historic edition of RAW. Rollins would have to defend the title against Knight, live, tonight!
