When the bright lights of WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event turned on this past weekend, The Street Profits were looking to bring the smoke and exact a measure of revenge after weeks of physical altercations. Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins threw everything they had at the The Vision’s Logan Paul and Austin Theory.
Montez Ford seemingly had the match won, covering Austin Theory for what appeared to be a guaranteed three-count, however, they failed to account for the brilliant ringside awareness of our boss, “The Wiseman” Paul Heyman.
In a veteran masterstroke, Paul Heyman subtly placed Theory’s foot onto the bottom rope just milliseconds before the referee’s hand hit the mat for the third time, forcing a break in the count.
The distraction provided the perfect window of opportunity. Loading up his hand with his signature brass knuckles, Logan Paul delivered a sickening right hook that laid Ford out cold, allowing The Vision to steal a massive pinfall victory in prime time.
But the punishment didn’t end when the referee counted to three.
Just as Paul and Theory were celebrating their controversial win, absolute chaos erupted with the terrifying arrival of Bron Breakker. Continuing his reign of sheer destruction, the powerhouse stormed the ring to ensure The Street Profits wouldn’t be leaving the arena under their own power. Breakker obliterated both Ford and Dawkins with a pair of earth-shattering spears that left the duo completely broken on the canvas.
