Highlights from Madison Square Garden: Katie Taylor Vs Amanda Serrano

It was the first time in history two women headlined a boxing card at the World’s Most Famous Arena, Madison Square Garden. At stake? Pride. Bragging rights … and the Undisputed Lightweight Championship of the World!

Katie Taylor, who won a gold medal in the 2012 Olympics, remains undefeated and improves her career record to 21-0 with six knockouts. The fight, which streamed live on DAZN, was title-sponsored by AutoZone.

The 35-year-old won via a split decision in front of a capacity crowd at the Garden, successfully defending her women’s lightweight titles in the WBA, IBF, WBO and WBC.

The thrilling match had fans on their feet the entire, especially in the instantly-legendary closing moments of the fight.
