Joyner Lucas has done it again.
Backwards Part Two.
Joyner joined Funkmaster Flex on Hot 97, and was immediately challenged to make history. Flex was looking for the Viral Video of the Week, and he certainly struck gold!
“I saw something seven years ago. I saw you rhyming backwards. I seen it — might I say — cranking, hard,” stated Flex, referring to Lucas’ 2015 song “Backwords.”
Lucas, on the spot, delivered a breathtaking freestyle over an instrumental of Nas’ “Nas is Like.” He began by rapping as normal before hitting the rewind button and repeating the same bars in reverse.
And he was just getting started!
