The trailer for Yellowstone Season 5 Part 2 has been released. It’s been almost two years since Season 5 Part 1 wrapped up in January 2023, and the world has been clamoring for the return of the show. Well, the world gets its wish on November 10th. The beloved show became a true sensation as the most-watched cable TV show for two summers in a row in 2018 and 2019. In 2023, when the first part of this season premiered on Paramount Network, 8.8 million people tuned in to view the show. Simulcasts across Country Music Television, TV Land, and Pop TV only added to the enormity of the show’s aura and brought that number up to 10.5 million.
The drama stars Kevin Costner, who won a Golden Globe for his role, but he has since departed the series. Costner plays (or played) the big-time Montana rancher and patriarch of the Dutton family alongside Kelly Reilly, who plays his daughter and business partner; Wes Bentley, who embodies his not-so-trustworthy son Jamie; Luke Grimes, who personifies his complex cowboy son Kayce; and Cole Hauser as his right-hand man, who may get a bit too controlling but that’s what everyone loves about him in the first place.
