Randy Orton has signed with WWE Smackdown, a decision made because of Smackdown General Manager Nick Aldis‘ promise to deliver up to Orton the entire Bloodline. It was the Bloodline, led by Roman Reigns who cost Orton 18 months out of action. And it’s the Bloodline that Orton has targeted. Of course, this meant an epic moment at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn where the words “Ladies and Gentlemen, my name is Paul Heyman” rang out, and out boss (Reigns’ #wiseman) Paul Heyman confronted Orton (albeit from a safe distance) as the Bloodline made their first attempted pre-emptive strike on The Viper!
